How Membership in the PTA Works

Join the Texas and National PTA help and strengthen our advocacy for public education

Your Membership in Harvard PTA is absolutely free

We have a strong history of parent involvement at Harvard and we want to welcome every parent to participate and be involved in all the great things happening at Harvard, made possible by your PTA.  While many PTAs require dues for members, we here at Harvard do not ask for any membership dues. In fact, all Harvard parents are members - simply by signing up online or by providing your email and acknowledgment that you may receive communications from the PTA.

Maximize your membership by joining the Texas and national PTA

PTA is a grassroots organization made up of parents, teachers and others around the state who have an interest in children, families and schools. PTA membership is as diverse as Texas is in cultures, education levels and parenting skills. By joining PTA, a member becomes part of the largest child advocacy organization in the state with over 500,000 members across Texas. The Texas and National PTA organizations represent chapters of PTAs across the country and advocate for public education to our elected representatives. Our future leaders, innovators, citizens and soldiers are our children, and our children are given their best chance to succeed when we all work together.
